The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Foundation is a locally-formed and locally-operated charitable organization dedicated to supporting the brave men and women of the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office.
It is registered with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit and with the Georgia Department of Revenue as a qualified law enforcement foundation as regulated by Georgia law.

The Board and the leadership team of the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office are fully committed to transparency with the community and full compliance with all relevant state and federal laws.
Each year, as required by state law, the Foundation will post a copy of its budget and expenditures as well as our Form 990 filed with the IRS.
